Our office sits in the second building of the plaza on the east side of S. Alma School Rd. Look for the mint-green signage near Suite 110. There's plenty of free surface parking right outside the door.
We accept most insurance plans, including PPO, HMO, and all AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid) plans. If you're not sure whether we're in-network, give us a call with your member ID and we'll check while you wait.

Not at all. We've welcomed new families for over 35 years and we're still accepting new patients of every age — from toddlers' first visits to adult cosmetic consultations.
For routine cleanings and exams, most weeks we have something within 5–10 days. For pain or an emergency, call directly — we keep a few slots open each day for urgent care.
A photo ID and your insurance card if you have one. If you've had recent x-rays at another office, bringing them along can save you a step. Otherwise, just plan to arrive 10 minutes early so we can get your paperwork set up.
More than okay — please tell us. Every operatory has a TV so you can watch something familiar while we work, and intraoral cameras mean nothing happens without you understanding what and why first. We move at your pace.
Yes — we're a family practice in the truest sense. Many of our long-time patients first came in as kids and now bring their own children. Dental sealants for younger patients are one of the most effective ways to prevent cavities long-term.
